Sybell Informatika Kft. is one of Hungary's leading hosting and infrastructure service providers. You will work in an AI-supported quotation and sales system where routine administration is handled by the system, leaving you time for clients and closing deals.
Tasks
- Handling incoming quotation requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Preparing quotes for hosting, VPS, dedicated server rentals, Microsoft 365, domains, WordPress maintenance, and migration.
- Following up on quotes until the order is placed, with related administration.
- Selling WordPress maintenance to our existing clients.
- Prospecting for new clients, including cold calling (agencies, webshops, SMEs).
- Identifying additional needs among existing clients.
- Keeping the sales process up to date in ClickUp, weekly reporting on numbers.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales or customer relations experience
- Confident communication on the phone and in writing, willingness to make cold calls
