MET Group is looking for an AI Agent Engineering Lead based in Budapest. You will design, build and deploy AI agents and LLM-based solutions from concept through to production, define hosting standards, and establish security, monitoring and governance processes on Azure.
Tasks
- Design, build and deploy AI agents and LLM-based solutions for MET business requirements, from concept through to production
- Develop reusable AI components, templates, connectors, MCP servers and evaluation frameworks
- Define and implement standards for hosting, deploying, monitoring, evaluating and managing AI agents on Azure
- Establish security, monitoring and governance processes for AI agents
- Define the framework for transitioning AI agents from business teams to IT ownership
- Support and advise technically capable business users on AI agent development, tooling and best practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Group IT architects and infrastructure teams

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong hands-on coding skills in Python and/or C#
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or another relevant technical discipline preferred
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade LLM-based agents or applications
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, including deployment, identity management and monitoring
- Strong understanding of AI security principles
- Fluent English
