Tasks

• Processing orders from quotation and sales order to delivery
• Participation in the development and planning of SAP SD module processes
• Collaboration and coordination within processes
• Entering contract terms into the SAP system
• Tracking components regarding shipment readiness
• Proactive monitoring of the fulfillment of prerequisites, milestones, and process steps, and timely initiation of corrective actions when necessary
• Preparation and/or procurement of necessary shipping documents
• Supporting sales, commercial, program, and finance organizations in projects
• Collaboration with the finance department in requesting and tracking guarantees, letters of credit, and financing instruments
• Reporting on operational issues to the head of the commercial department
• Preparation of analyses and reports on SAP SD module processes
• Preparation of sales forecasts based on incoming sales information
