Tasks
- Coordinating resources across departments and regions while driving process improvements
- Supporting mass production introduction of new equipment, technologies, and products, and optimizing assembly line processes
- Leading efficiency initiatives: manpower streamlining, layout optimization, cost reduction, and ergonomics improvements
- Monitoring and enhancing production capacity, equipment standardization, and overall operational excellence (OEE, UPPM)
- Promoting lean manufacturing practices, including VSM, 5S, visualization, and continuous improvement

Requirements
- Ongoing engineering studies
- Have strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, and can adapt responsibly to a fast-paced environment
- Fluent language skills in English and Hungarian
