As a customer service associate, you will be on the front line helping our customers, answering their questions, and ensuring everyone leaves satisfied. You will step into an environment where a passion for sports meets an exceptional customer experience.
Tasks
- You ensure the first defining, positive experience for our customers.
- By completing complex workflows quickly and accurately, you contribute to a pleasant in-store and online shopping experience.
- You provide comprehensive information (online, offline, by phone) and handle administrative tasks.
- Performing tasks related to online shopping, returns management, in-store credit applications, and other services offered by our store.
- You ensure that your customers get to know all our sales channels.
- You facilitate smooth flow at our self-checkouts and recommend our loyalty program.
- You keep your working environment clean and tidy.
- You share your innovative ideas and solution proposals.
