The Games and Innovation Directorate of Szerencsejáték Zrt. is looking for a full-time Product Development Expert in Budapest. Become a winner and step into our interesting, experience-rich, and exciting world with us!
Tasks
- Contributing to the development of lottery concepts and directions aligned with the corporate strategy, as well as compiling and tracking the development roadmap.
- Managing lottery and e-lottery development projects from the business side, including generating new product ideas, testing them, and supporting go-to-market execution.
- Coordinating the annual lottery and e-lottery release plan, aligning launch and closing schedules, and ensuring the replenishment of successful products.
- Analyzing sales data and market feedback, preparing portfolio-level reports and optimization proposals, post-launch tracking of lottery rollouts, and defining action points.
- Preparing product development concepts, feasibility studies, decision-making materials, and management presentations.
- Continuously monitoring the domestic and international lottery market as well as e-instant trends, preparing benchmarking analyses, and proposing innovative development directions.
- Providing professional support for market research and integrating research findings into the product portfolio development.
- Continuous cooperation with manufacturers, external experts, and foreign game organizers; preparing manufacturing, logistics, and licensing processes.

Requirements
- you have a relevant higher education degree (economics/marketing/communications)
- you have 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
- you have advanced MS Office skills
- you can communicate in English at a negotiation level
- you possess assertive communication skills
