Tasks

• Managing operational tasks
• Compliance with and development of the company's internal policies and procedures
• Compliance with the company's legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements
• Coordinating all company departments and business units
• Contributing to the achievement of the company's financial and operational goals
• Analyzing and evaluating the company's financial results and performance
• Identifying and exploring new business opportunities
• Coordinating internal and external company communication, representing the company, conducting negotiations
• Tracking project financing within the ERP system
• Weekly fixed cooperation with project managers regarding their assigned projects (task tracking, scheduling)
• Monitoring tenders, projects, and bids
• Subcontractor tendering and liaison
• Leading, motivating, and developing employees

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services Engineering
• Min. 5-10 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in a similar industry or company size
