Sanofi Business Services (SBS) is setting up a new captive Business Services centre in Budapest to provide Finance & Accounting and Employee oriented services. We are looking for a Collection Management Senior Analyst to join our international team.
Tasks
- Collections Delivery: Deliver collections management services to SBO, including reviewing AR ageing reports and performing collection and dunning activities.
- Escalation & Follow-up: Determine appropriate escalations and follow-up actions as per the defined process.
- Dispute & Claim Management: Qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C, and manage dispute resolution.
- Strategy & Compliance: Contribute to business and customer collection strategy reviews and execute activities in compliance with Sanofi policies.
- Expertise & Coaching: Develop expert-level knowledge of in-scope activities and coach junior analysts.
- Knowledge & Reporting: Build, document and transfer process knowledge and prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in process automation initiatives.

Requirements
- Broad, hands-on understanding of the end-to-end invoice-to-cash process, collections and receivables activities
- Proven experience in Collections & Receivables Management, ideally in an international, multicultural environment
- Experience in a Business Services organization, with good business acumen and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- Hands-on SAP FI experience, plus other AR-related IT tools
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Professional, collaborative, end-to-end mindset
- Good communication skills and attentiveness to customer needs and feedback
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Excellent written and verbal English
