Our partner is an established international company operating in a modern production environment with high quality and efficiency expectations. We are looking for a new team member for the Kaizen Engineer / Process Engineer position in their Kecskemét team.
Tasks
- Coordination of line development activities and related actions
- Development of environmentally focused improvement plans, taking into account relevant environmental regulations
- Organization of specific training related to machinery and developments, as well as preparation of training materials
- Coordination of the maintenance and condition preservation of factory production lines
- Identification of necessary repair tasks in case of breakdowns and their appropriate escalation
- Preparation of regular reports on the status, costs, and results of ongoing developments
- Active participation in Kaizen and other continuous improvement projects
- Cooperation with production, technical, and other related departments to achieve development goals

Requirements
- Higher education in engineering or the food industry
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Project management knowledge
- Negotiation-level English proficiency
