Tasks
- Design and develop high-precision manufacturing fixtures and specialized tooling using advanced CAD software.
- Generate, simulate, and optimize CNC manufacturing programs to ensure error-free machining processes.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to translate technical drawings into robust fixture designs.
- Configure and optimize CNC programs for Sinumerik control systems, ensuring optimal machine parameters.
- Provide technical support on the shop floor for the trial, setup, and troubleshooting of new fixtures on CNC machines.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in fixture manufacturing, tool design, or CAD/CAM engineering.
- Strong expertise in CAD/CAM design (NX) methodologies and CNC programming, particularly with Sinumerik controllers.
- Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and CNC machining processes (milling, grinding).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in technical documentation and process optimization.
- Fluent Hungarian is a must. English or German is a plus.
