Foodnet Zrt. is one of Hungary's leading food distribution companies, serving as the exclusive domestic distributor of many well-known, high-quality international brands to ensure their products reach Hungarian consumers. We are now looking for a logistics and freight coordinator.
Tasks
- Full organization, coordination, and administration of import and export shipments.
- Full execution of customs clearance and EKAER tasks.
- Management and operation of time-slot booking systems.
- Maintaining contact with existing partners, customers, and the warehouse service provider.
- Searching for new freight forwarding partners.
- Handling complaints, quick and effective resolution of emerging issues.
- Ensuring the smooth daily operation of logistics and warehouse processes.

Requirements
- You have at least secondary education.
- You have 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
- You are proficient in MS Office and comfortable using ERP systems.
- You can communicate with partners in English at a working level.
- You are precise, organized, and independent in your work.
- You think quickly and logically, and focus on finding solutions to problems.
- You communicate assertively, handle stressful situations well, and adapt flexibly to changing tasks.
- Your proactive personality drives momentum in daily operations.
