As a Senior Accounting and Reporting Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping accurate financial insights while supporting essential statutory processes in a fast-paced, international environment.
Tasks
- Partner with regional finance teams to ensure alignment with internal policies and best practices
- Take an active role in month-end close activities, including journal entries, lease accounting, intercompany transactions, and reporting coordination
- Oversee statutory reporting for multiple entities, including audit coordination and financial statement filings
- Prepare and review critical balance sheet reconciliations with precision
- Dive into P&L analysis and support FP&A teams during budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Ensure VAT compliance across multiple entities
- Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives to boost efficiency and strengthen financial controls

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting and month-end closing
- Confident English communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills with a strong analytical focus
- Familiarity with US GAAP and/or IFRS
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
