We are looking for a barista-bartender to join the opening team of Múzeum Kávéház, revived by the Eventrend Group! Múzeum Kávéház is one of Budapest's special historic cafés, where classic Hungarian café culture meets modern Budapest.
Tasks
- preparing coffee and other hot and cold drinks
- making alcoholic drinks and cocktails
- ensuring consistent quality of drinks according to recipes
- stylish presentation and serving
- maintaining order and cleanliness at the bar
- daily preparation and mise en place
- monitoring required supplies and reporting shortages
- accurate and prompt delivery of prepared drinks to the waitstaff
- collaboration with the entire service team
- participating in learning new drinks, recipes, and workflows
- active participation in building a new team and professional culture

Requirements
- experience in a bartender or barista role
- confidence in the world of classic café hot and cold drinks
- ability to make high-quality espresso-based coffee
- Latte Art should not be a problem
- familiarity with preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- precision, speed, and high standards in your work
- ability to handle and enjoy the pace of hospitality
- ability to juggle multiple orders at once and prioritize well
- be a team player
- professional humility and a desire to grow
