Tech People is a European recruitment agency providing highly qualified resources and outsourced technological services for various industries. We are currently looking for an IT Process and Jira Expert for work in Budapest.
Tasks
- Participation in the implementation of IT standards that support efficient and transparent IT operations
- Proposing rationalizations for IT processes (especially Jira-supported processes)
- Proactive participation in the development, design, and modeling of new IT processes, activities, and procedures
- Active support of agile transformation from a tooling and related process perspective
- Participation in the implementation of applications supporting IT processes and related developments
- Preparation, training, and continuous maintenance of regulations related to IT processes
- Close cooperation with the Jira Business Owner and Jira System Architect
- Professional cooperation with relevant IT areas and banking organizational units
- Regular measurement of lead times based on Jira data, as well as recording and publishing data
- Preparation of regular quality reports to increase process efficiency
- Preparation of senior management presentations, strategic materials, communications, and training materials
- Elaboration of proposals to promote and maintain data purity and monitoring data purity
Requirements

- basic knowledge of IT processes and operations, process optimization mindset
- knowledge of Agile, DevOps, ITIL, Cobit methodologies
- deep, system-level knowledge of Jira and other Jira modules (Advanced Roadmaps, Release management, ZephyrScale, Tempo)
- at least 5 years of relevant experience (process management, corporate transformation) in an enterprise environment
