We are looking for an International Controller to join the team of our manufacturing partner with a German parent company and headquarters in Pécs. This position is not only open to candidates based in Pécs: thanks to a flexible hybrid working model, we also welcome applications from professionals living further away.
Tasks
- Preparation and analysis of monthly business reports: sales, order intake, costs, results, and KPIs
- Analysis of plan-actual variances and coordination of necessary actions with business leaders
- Coordination of forecasting and planning processes
- Consolidation of financial data for profit centers
- Preparation of ad-hoc business and financial analyses using SAP and Excel
- Development of controlling tools, reports, and processes
- Support for international and cross-functional controlling projects
- Coordination of intercompany processes
- Support for audits regarding financial and controlling topics
- Support for German management with financial reports and decision-making analyses

Requirements
- Higher education in finance, accounting, or controlling
- Minimum 3 years of relevant controlling experience
- Experience in a manufacturing/production company environment
- Knowledge of SAP CO, FI, and/or BW
- Confident Excel skills
- Fluent English language skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style
- Process improvement mindset
- Confident stakeholder management and communication in an international environment
- Experience in cross-functional projects
