We are expanding our operations team and looking for a PUDO Network Specialist who will play an active role in supporting the daily operations of our Pick-Up & Drop-Off (PUDO) points, managing partner relationships, and further developing our network.
Tasks
- Supporting and coordinating the daily operations of the PUDO network
- Maintaining contact with existing partners and parcel points
- Supporting the search for new partner locations and network expansion opportunities
- Supervising administrative processes for incoming and outgoing parcels
- Handling operational issues and coordinating solutions
- Continuously monitoring the service standards of parcel points
- Collaborating with operations, sales, and customer relations teams

Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in logistics, customer service, retail, or a warehouse environment
- Conversational English proficiency in both speech and writing
- Interest in e-commerce and last-mile logistics
- Confident use of digital tools and basic computer systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and responsible approach to daily tasks
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
