Join MSX International's new Technical Support team in Budapest. You will help workshop technicians in the German-speaking dealer network of a leading global car manufacturer diagnose and fix vehicles right the first time. As a Graduate Technical Support Engineer, you will help dealership technicians solve technical vehicle issues and improve repair efficiency.
Tasks
- Analysing vehicle faults, diagnostic data, error codes, and repair information.
- Supporting German-speaking dealership technicians through our professional ticketing platform.
- Investigating technical problems and identifying root causes.
- Recommending effective repair solutions under the guidance of experienced specialists.
- Documenting cases clearly and accurately.
- Collaborating with engineering and technical experts across Europe.
- Developing expertise in electric vehicle (EV) and high-voltage technologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in automotive technology and vehicle diagnostics.
- German language skills (minimum B1 level).
- Good English communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and a passion for solving technical challenges.
- EU citizenship or the right to work within the European Union.
- Willingness to relocate to Budapest or already based in Hungary.
