Senior System Administrator - User Access Management

Our client is looking for a System Engineer/Senior Administrator for their security team. The key objective is to provide ongoing support throughout the employee access lifecycle, with a focus on creating user and administrative accounts, assigning appropriate authorizations, conducting regular access reviews, and managing the revocation of access to ensure that only authorized individuals are granted access to our client's systems.
Tasks
- Administer and maintain access to various internal systems using identity and access management solutions, including Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and role-based access controls.
- Ensure correct and timely ticket handling to support employees access lifecycle (create, modify, terminate)
- Analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of access related user issues, including escalation to 2nd level teams to ensure the fast restoration of access
- Create and maintain internal procedures and knowledge base articles for user access management activities
- Prepare and execute various permission reviews as per SOX IT General Control process definition
- Prepare internal and external audit evidences for access management activities executed including but not limited to tickets, user extractions, permission review results, validation of feedback implemented
- Support the design of Access Management templates analyse the usability of user request templates and develop new designs where necessary
- Develop, implement and manage automated workflows for provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications.
