The TRIGO Group offers quality solutions for the automotive industry. As a Resident Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that the component groups entrusted to us are installed in vehicles with proper quality at BMW's newest plant in Debrecen.
Tasks
- Quality control and troubleshooting: visual and functional inspection of seat sets after installation in the car, as well as identification of defects affecting the driving experience.
- Measurement and rework tasks: performing simple measurements (e.g., gap dimensions, angles, distances) and rework related to BMW production.
- Documentation and reporting: precise recording of quality control results and reporting to the direct supervisor.
- Teamwork and support: cooperation with the resident team, as well as participation in the preparation of documentation and work instructions.
Requirements
- You are reliable and get along well with your colleagues.
- You are experienced in the quality inspection of components (you notice even minor defects).
- You have worked for 1-2 years in a quality control or similar position (automotive experience is an advantage).
- The work may involve the rework of larger components, so average physical stamina is important.
- Language skills: Hungarian (basic conversational English is an advantage)
