Now, you have the opportunity to become part of this global journey from Szeged. BYD is looking for an International HR Intern to support daily recruitment activities, contact and engage candidates, and participate in large-scale blue-collar recruitment projects.
Tasks
- Search for candidates online using recruitment websites and other channels
- Contact candidates by phone, introduce job opportunities, confirm interest and availability, and arrange interviews
- Support the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing and initial screening to interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding support
- Support large-scale recruitment projects involving more than 1,000 hires
- Track recruitment progress by updating candidate information in the recruitment system and maintaining recruitment records
