Tasks
- Management of the IT infrastructure team: professional direction, organization, and coordination of workflows
- Management and development of IT infrastructure operations, ensuring stable and high availability of systems
- Supervision and continuous development of production-supporting IT systems
- Management of digitalization and IT development projects, introduction of new technologies and solutions
- Support of the SAP environment operation and coordination of related developments
- Ensuring operations comply with IT security and information protection requirements
- Coordination of external IT service providers and suppliers
- Close cooperation with production, engineering, and other business areas
- Full management and coordination of IT projects

Requirements
- Higher education in IT or engineering
- Several years of experience in an IT leadership position
- Experience gained in a manufacturing environment
- Strong IT infrastructure background and experience in a complex corporate IT environment
- Knowledge of the SAP environment
- Project management experience
- Active, good English language skills
