Our partner is an international technology company that develops complex digital platforms for enterprise clients. We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Design Specialist who, with a strategic mindset, exceptional UX/UI expertise, and leadership attitude, can define the user experience of a modern platform.
Tasks
- Defining the strategic direction of product experience and design.
- Designing complex digital user journeys, interactions, and interfaces.
- Creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Close collaboration with Product Managers, UX Researchers, Service Designers, Content Designers, and development teams.
- Leading design workshops and design sprints.
- Developing and continuously optimizing the design system.
- Mentoring the design team, providing professional support, and elevating design quality standards.
- Supporting decision-making based on research, usability tests, and data.
- Leading large-scale, commercially significant digital developments.

Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in Product or Interaction Design.
- Minimum 4 years of experience designing enterprise platforms, complex B2B systems, or technology products.
- Proficiency in Figma (Components, Auto Layout, Variables, Prototyping).
- Outstanding UX and interaction design mindset.
- Experience in building or developing a Design System.
- Experience processing user research, usability tests, and analytical results.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
