The history of Múzeum Kávéház spans over a century. Within its walls, generations have met, conversed, created, and discussed the affairs of the world. Now, an entirely new chapter of this history begins next to the Hungarian National Museum. We are building a place where classic Hungarian café culture meets modern Budapest. As a member of our opening team, you will help shape the atmosphere, operations, and professional culture that will soon become the hallmark of Múzeum Kávéház.
Tasks
- High-standard, attentive and friendly service for our guests
- Taking orders and making recommendations
- Thorough knowledge of the food and beverage selection
- Compliance with the service standards of Múzeum Kávéház
- Ensuring tables and the guest area remain tidy at all times
- Recognizing and addressing guest needs
- Active communication with bar and kitchen staff
- Performing daily opening, closing, and preparation tasks
- Active participation in building a new team and professional culture

Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, preferably in a high-end or premium environment
- Understanding of what high-standard service entails
- Confident English language skills
- A smiling, kind, and natural demeanor with guests
- A passion for the fast-paced nature of hospitality
- Speed, punctuality, and attentiveness
- Ability to oversee multiple tables at once and prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills
