Emerson is looking for an Analyst to join their team in Debrecen on a temporary 1-year contract. In this role, your responsibilities will include ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor payments, performing regular bank reconciliations, managing employee expense claims, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Tasks
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of vendor payments in weekly payment cycles.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Manage employee expense claims and ensure timely reimbursement in compliance with company policies.
- Corporate Credit Card Program Management.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of corporate credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment and processing issues in a professional manner.
- Support Month-End Close activities, including bank account reconciliations and other related financial tasks.
- Provide proactive guidance and training to internal teams on expense management policies, procedures, and payment schedules.
- Deliver services in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and continuously meet or exceed performance KPIs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial services while maintaining strong compliance, control, and operational excellence standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Fresh graduates and maximum 1--2 years of relevant experience
- Availability to work on a temporary contract (1 year)!
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian (Written & Spoken)
