At Bosch Group in Hatvan, we are looking for a Process Engineer to provide professional support in technology areas such as paste printing, bonding, automated material handling, and chip placement. You will take full ownership of dedicated manufacturing processes, optimize them, reduce cycle times, and improve yield.
Tasks
- Provide professional support in paste printing and dispensing processes, bonding processes, automated material handling processes, and automated chip placement
- Take full ownership of and provide technical support for dedicated manufacturing processes
- Optimize manufacturing processes, reduce cycle times, and increase equipment availability
- Develop and implement measures to reduce scrap and improve yield
- Define specifications for new equipment and technologies, manage supplier selection, and coordinate installation and sample production
- Support SOP ramp-up and provide technical support during series production
- Perform advanced troubleshooting in case of equipment or process failures
- Work closely with cross-functional teams

Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field
- 3--5 years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing or machine-building environment
- Both manufacturing- and design-oriented mindset
- Fluent/business-level English
- Structured thinking, assertiveness, and a strong can-do attitude
