We are looking for a new colleague for our partner manufacturing company for the position of Metal Fitter Foreman to handle daily operational management, organization, and control of the production area.
Tasks
- Daily operational management, organization, coordination, and supervision of the production area
- Ensuring production prerequisites (documentation, drawings, instructions, equipment, auxiliary tools)
- Defining and assigning daily tasks to workers through team leaders
- Designating and briefing a responsible person for independently working teams
- Maintaining the production schedule, immediate notification of the production director in case of obstacles
- Transferring completed workpieces to the next production phase
- Ensuring the quality of work performed during the shift
- Compliance and enforcement of ISO 9001:2015 regulations
- Supervision of work discipline, punctual start of work, and appropriate conduct within the company
- Daily headcount check, reporting absences to the plant administrator
- Planning shift capacity and workload, coordination with the production director
- Monitoring standard times, proposing necessary corrections
- Performing other tasks according to the superior manager and current company regulations

Requirements
- Higher technical or technician degree
- Experience in production management, specifically in welded steel structure manufacturing (leadership experience)
- Assertive approach, good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in 2 shifts
- Advantage: Knowledge of English
