Our partner company is an innovation-driven technology company with over a decade of history, creating significant value for clients through its proprietary solutions. Operating in the Budapest office, the team of nearly fifty people is a key player in the international mobile and software technology market. The incoming colleague will be tasked with the operational and technical management of a key product.
Tasks
- Managing product strategy, defining the business and technological direction of the software, and setting development priorities
- Leading development processes in cooperation with the CEO and lead developer
- People management across multiple areas, team coordination, and ensuring focus and efficiency
- Reporting and business negotiations, conducting regular management reports, business and strategic negotiations
- Continuous monitoring of B2B trends and competitors, campaign tracking, approval, and planning, supporting market presence, and coordinating tender processes to ensure product competitiveness
- Preparing cost estimates for specific periods
- Pre-selection of external subcontractors, maintaining contact

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a software development environment
- Software development experience!
- Deep understanding of development processes
- People management experience
- Confident knowledge of project and product management methodologies

- Professional working proficiency in English
- Experience gained in an international environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
