Tasks
- Development and optimization of production processes, cycle times, and working methods
- Supporting quality assurance in DFA/DFM, design reviews, and FMEA
- Managing industrialization projects from concept to production start
- Building, modifying, and setting up manual and automated workstations
- Monitoring production performance and updating standard methods
- Preparation and maintenance of manufacturing engineering documentation

Requirements
- Engineering degree or technical qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Confident English language skills
- Interest in automation and production development
- Knowledge of Lean principles, FMEA, and structured problem-solving methods
- Confident ability to read technical drawings
- Openness to practical, hands-on tasks
- Good communication skills
- Advantage: Automation or system integration experience, knowledge of Mitsubishi PLCs, practical experience with pneumatic systems, automotive industry experience, practical application of Lean tools
