Active participation in legal tasks across all member companies of the Bonafarm Group, providing support and performing regulatory and compliance duties based in Budapest.
Tasks
- Legal advice, drafting and reviewing statements and contracts (in civil and labor matters)
- Drafting standard documents and template contracts
- Legal advice and support for group member companies and related departments
- Resolving legal matters submitted to the Legal Servicedesk
- Legal review of cases investigated by internal audit, investigation of labor discipline violations, and assessment of legal consequences of discovered irregularities
- Drafting and legal control of internal company and group policies
- Statutory and case law research, monitoring legislative changes and implementing them in policies
- Preparing and conducting training materials
- Procedure and document preparation regarding GDPR compliance
- Participation in preparing board decisions
- Maintaining and updating document records

Requirements
- University degree in law
- Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of professional experience, primarily providing legal services to corporate clients
- Experience in legal representation within the corporate sector
- Detail-oriented, reliable and precise
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Motivated by challenges
- Proficient user of MS Office applications
- English language proficiency suitable for drafting documents and communication
