Our partner is a leading independent technology service provider that supports enterprise and public sector clients in procuring, developing, and operating their IT infrastructure. The International Customer Relations Specialist sought for the Budapest team plays a key role in supporting international customer relations and coordinating order management processes.
Tasks
- Preparing customer offers in cooperation with the partner network, taking into account prices, stock availability, and customer needs
- Liaising with internal service teams for accurate and efficient order processing
- Handling and tracking international orders according to customer-specific SLAs
- Assisting in the selection of appropriate products based on prices, discounts, stock information, and contractual terms
- Maintaining customer-specific price lists and catalogs in electronic procurement systems
- Handling customer, order, invoice, and other operational inquiries
- Supporting continuous improvement and optimization projects
- Creating and maintaining standard reports according to customer needs
- Ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire process

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, or a similar field
- Confident command of German and English
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset
