We're seeking someone to join our Business Management team as a Resource Planner -- Senior Associate in Centralised Management to work closely with various Office of the COO functions and key business partners across the Finance division to cover Business Management, Workforce Management, Strategic Initiatives, Management Reporting and Process Centralization / Improvement. In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources.
Tasks
- Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
- Responsible for and lead aspects of individual and team deliverables and projects
- Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls
- Oversee FTE and contingent management activities, including headcount budgeting and forecasting
- Oversee the reporting, tracking and data management of Finance division contingent staff
- Work directly with Office of COO teams to identify process improvement opportunities
- Provide value-add analytics on client queries to support strategic decision making
- Act as a culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills
- Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities
- Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and innovate processes
- Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline
- At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected
- Good interpersonal skills; effective written and oral communication abilities in English
- Sound numeric and analytical skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail, good organization, and time management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments quickly and effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (VBA knowledge is an advantage)
