Systems Engineer (Radio Communications Systems Engineer)

Tasks

• Operation, maintenance, development, and technical support of the company's TETRA-based radio communication and data transmission systems.
• Technical supervision, troubleshooting, and development of microwave and VHF connections.
• Technical preparation of reconstruction and development tasks, and preparation of professional materials.
• Professional support and coordination of projects.
• Technical inspection of design and construction work.
• Supervision of the radio infrastructure (base stations, antenna systems, transmission networks, server and monitoring systems).
• Coordination of incident management processes.
• Professional liaison with suppliers and service partners.
• Participation in the technical preparation and implementation of system development and investment projects.
• Ensuring high availability of operational, security, and emergency communication systems.
• Undertaking stand-by duty regarding systems related to the field.
• Electrical engineering degree (BSc or MSc).
• Experience in the operation and/or investment of radio communication networks.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Systems mindset.
• Ability to work independently, flexibility.
