We're looking for onsite student part-time Support Associates who can communicate fluently in Hungarian and English. You'll join our Support team for the Hungarian region in Budapest to support Wolt countries and make a real impact every day.
Tasks
- Assisting customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries via live chat and phone
- Helping ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations
- Working closely with the support team and other Wolt teams to continuously improve our service

Requirements
- Communicate clearly, warmly, and with a customer-first mindset
- Learn quickly, multitask with ease, and enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Availability and the right to work in Hungary
- Work minimum 30 hours per week as a student across different shift types (morning, night, weekend) as required since we operate 24/7
- Professional working proficiency in Hungarian and English
