Nestlé is looking for a new Sales Representative for work in Budapest and Pest County. Tasks include visiting stores according to the route plan, ensuring product presence and optimal inventory levels on shelves, and achieving sales objectives.
Tasks
- Under the professional guidance of the area manager, visit stores in the assigned territory with appropriate frequency, striving for the best coverage according to the route plan.
- Ensure products appear on store shelves in the desired quality.
- Generate additional customer needs through various sales activities.
- Create the most optimal route plan in line with business objectives.
- Adhere to the professionally prepared route plan and follow the store sequence.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels in stores and wholesale warehouses.
- Ensure the visibility of our products based on guidelines set by company management.
- Achieve sales objectives, reaching quantitative and qualitative targets.
- Monitor market changes on a daily basis and inform the area manager.
- Train merchandising colleagues and organize their work.
- Explore and implement in-store promotion opportunities.
- Effective handling of customer complaints.
- Place POS materials based on given guidelines.
- Up-to-date tracking of product expiration dates, continuous application and enforcement of the FIFO principle.
- Strict compliance with contractual terms.

Requirements
- Category B driver's license and several years of driving experience
- English language skills: an advantage
