Tasks
- Professional and operational management of the entire construction area.
- Leading a professional team of 5-8 people, coordinating the work of project managers, designers, and technical experts.
- Supervising multiple parallel, high-value structural building projects.
- Project scheduling, capacity and resource planning.
- Monitoring construction costs, project budgets, and financial performance.
- Optimizing construction processes, improving operational efficiency.
- Professional development, performance evaluation, and recruitment support for employees.
- Managing strategic supplier and subcontractor relationships.
- Participation in the company's professional and strategic decisions.

Requirements
- Higher education degree in engineering, preferably in civil engineering or architecture.
- Several years of experience in structural building construction with a background as a project manager.
- Management experience in directly leading a professional team.
- Active, communicative English language skills.
