Tasks
- Compliance with and following prescribed processes, SOPs, and rules
- Completing required training and working accordingly
- Compliance with the employer's instructions and internal rules
- Cooperation with colleagues, working and behaving in accordance with BD's ethical standards and values
- Accurate and timely execution of management instructions
- Safe working, compliance with occupational safety and health regulations
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized workspace
- Product and material handling
- Performing in-process checks and inspections
- Learning and performing basic machine functions
- Proposing suggestions to improve process efficiency and quality
- Performing basic maintenance tasks
- Filling out documentation, managing electronic records
- Maintaining area cleanliness and assisting with basic machine operation and maintenance
