Our partner is an international industrial group supporting manufacturing businesses with engineered components and supply chain services. We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented Data & Analytics Lead to shape the data capabilities and lead the next stage of the company's analytics development.
Tasks
- Develop and implement a data and analytics vision that supports the organisation's strategic goals and evolving business needs.
- Oversee the design and development of modern data infrastructure, ensuring reliable, scalable and efficient access to business-critical information.
- Introduce and continuously improve data management practices, promoting data quality, accountability, consistency and appropriate governance across the organisation.
- Identify opportunities to apply advanced analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning to business challenges and operational processes.
- Drive the development of reporting and business intelligence solutions, enabling teams and leaders to make informed, evidence-based decisions.
- Build and mentor a strong analytics team, collaborate with key stakeholders on technology and transformation initiatives, including Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in data, analytics or business intelligence, with a proven ability to lead teams and capabilities in complex organisations.
- Demonstrated success in shaping data strategies and managing large-scale data or digital transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise data architecture, data management principles, governance frameworks and analytics solutions.
- Practical experience with cloud data technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric, as well as Power BI and modern reporting environments.
- Experience applying AI and machine learning in business settings, with a clear understanding of how analytical capabilities can improve performance and support better decisions.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline, alongside strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
