At Abacus Medicine Group, technology enables us to improve access to medicine across Europe. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Veeva Platform Specialist who wants more than just system administration to become the go-to expert for our Veeva ecosystem.
Tasks
- Support, administer, and optimise Veeva CRM and PromoMats
- Manage user access, permissions, configurations, and platform settings
- Support releases, platform enhancements, testing, and implementation activities
- Monitor platform performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into practical solutions
- Develop training materials, guides, and support documentation
- Facilitate onboarding and user training sessions

Requirements
- 3 years of experience working with Veeva CRM, PromoMats, or the wider Veeva ecosystem
- Experience with platform administration, configuration, and support
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and gathering requirements
- The ability to understand technical concepts and platform architecture
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
