Tasks
- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify invoices and supporting documentation
- Manage outgoing payments and related activities
- Handle invoice corrections, credit notes and vendor queries
- Support month-end closing and other recurring AP activities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and service level agreements
- Identify and resolve accounting and process-related issues

Requirements
- 1--2 years of accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Payable
- Solid understanding of Accounts Payable processes
- Fluent French or Spanish language skills
- Experience with SAP FI or another ERP system
- Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Hungary.
