Our partner is looking for an experienced Program Manager for a multi-country business and technology transformation initiative, capable of aligning complex projects and effectively supporting executive-level stakeholders. This role plays a key part in program governance, project team coordination, and achieving strategic objectives.
Tasks
- full coordination of a program consisting of multiple interconnected projects
- management of program plans, milestones, and resources
- identification and management of risks and dependencies
- preparation of management decision-support materials and status reports
- professional support and alignment of project managers
- collaboration with business and technology leaders in an international environment
- operation of program-level governance processes
- management of changes and business priorities throughout the lifecycle

Requirements
- 10 years of relevant program or project management experience
- enterprise-level transformation or ERP project management experience (specifically international SAP and SAP S/4HANA projects)
- strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- confident presence in an executive leadership environment
- excellent spoken and written English proficiency
- structured, results-oriented approach
