Tasks
- Collecting and organizing accounting documents using templates.
- Helping post and check monthly accounting entries.
- Downloading and putting together monthly reports.
- Preparing simple reports for internal and external audits.
- Helping with lease-related tasks.
- Updating summary files and assisting with data uploads.
- Working with systems like SAP, Blackline, and Nakisa.

Requirements
- Ongoing university studies at Hungarian university (active student status) in economics, finance, or accounting
- A solid understanding of basic accounting principles is important
- Experience in leasing is an advantage
- Preferably 40-hour availability/week
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. formulas, tables, basic data handling)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and open to learning new things
- Communicate clearly, ask questions when needed, and enjoy working as part of a team
- Familiarity with tools like SAP, Blackline, or Nakisa is an advantage
- Can communicate confidently in English, both in writing and speaking
