As Senior Automation Business Analyst within our Technology and Innovation team, you'll drive end-to-end automation solutions across all business units in an international, transformational organization. Tasks
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with developers on automation solutions
- Manage automation projects globally across RPA, AI/ML, Power Automate, and Intelligent Document Processing platforms
- Conduct process analysis, identify automation opportunities, and create comprehensive documentation
- Lead stakeholder relationships, define business cases, and manage project risks across functions
- Support solution development through testing strategies, user acceptance testing, and business guidance
- Develop automation policies, standards, and maintain knowledge base for continuous improvement
Requirements
- 4-6 years in automation projects as business analyst, data scientist, or project manager
- Understanding of RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere preferred), Microsoft Power Platform, AI frameworks, and enterprise systems
- Experience in Finance, HR, Procurement, or other business functions preferred
- Professional certification (PMP, CAPM, Prince2) and Agile/Scrum experience preferred
- Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration degree preferred
- Fluent English required
