For a complex ERP renewal project, our partner is looking for a specialist to coordinate business testing processes and actively support users in adapting to the new operational environment.
Tasks
- supporting the creation of business test scenarios and testing documentation
- organizing and coordinating business-side testing cycles
- tracking test results and summarizing statuses
- tracking bugs and open issues in collaboration with various stakeholders
- coordinating training sessions involving key users
- identifying training needs, related administration, and documentation
- supporting user rollout and communication activities
- close cooperation with project managers, business experts, and external partners

Requirements
- experience in implementing ERP or other large-scale enterprise systems
- SAP/4HANA testing experience is an advantage
- background in testing, business analysis, change management, or project coordination

- structured approach and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- intermediate or higher English proficiency
