We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our client's team! Our client is a dynamically growing FMCG player with a stable international background. Their team is characterized by agility, a direct attitude, and a commitment to the profession.
Tasks
- Supporting the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of employee data.
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and human resource initiatives.
- Supporting HR administration and employee communication.
- Providing HR data, reports, and analytics to support decision-making and HR planning.
- When necessary, supporting performance management, talent development programs, and training activities.
- Collaborating with managers, employees, and relevant areas to ensure effective HR service delivery.

Requirements
- University degree in business, economics, HR, or a related field
- Experience in recruitment and supporting HR processes

- Negotiation-level English proficiency
