MOL Group is an integrated, international oil and gas company headquartered in Budapest. We are now looking for an Operations and Process Development Leader for the Danube Refinery, who can play a key role in developing the organization's operations and processes by managing nationwide projects and implementing strategic initiatives.
Tasks
- Managing the daily operations of the 16-person operations and process development team, fostering their growth, and effectively coordinating resources to achieve organizational goals.
- Managing strategic, business, and process development projects affecting the Hungarian logistics organization, as well as actively participating in strategy formulation.
- Coordinating the operation and development of logistics information systems to support digitalization and cost-effective operations.
- Ensuring compliance with process safety, regulatory, and legal requirements, and coordinating related regulations, trainings, and audits.
- Operating the organization's performance management system, preparing business analyses, identifying development opportunities, and supporting the annual planning process.
- Reviewing and improving inter-organizational processes affecting logistics operations to continuously enhance efficiency and customer service.
- Directing the organization's competency development, succession planning, culture development, and HSE programs to support long-term sustainable operations.
