In your role as an Automotive Diagnostics Technician for one of our premium automobile manufacturers, you will provide expert assistance in the diagnosis of complex technical issues and support the dealer network with quick solution finding of technical product issues.
Tasks
- Provide expert assistance in the diagnosis of complex technical issues
- Support the dealer network with quick solution finding of technical product issues
- Work closely with the technicians of the respective workshops and dealerships
- Support with repair instructions via specified communication channels
- Act as an interface between the manufacturer and the dealers

Requirements
- Automotive experience, ideally in a dealership, workshop or at a manufacturer
- Confident in technical concern resolution and warranty procedures
- Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese
- Very good verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative with attention to detail with flexible and proactive personality
