We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager! Do you know what makes a brand work on social media and want to put it into practice? Are you at home in the world of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and able to independently drive the projects entrusted to you? Then we might be looking for you to join the social team of Neo Interactive, a full-service digital agency.
Tasks
- You independently manage social projects entrusted to you: create content plans and post texts, brief designers and colleagues involved in content production, check finished materials, and handle publishing.
- You manage brand pages and communities on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- You coordinate the entire process of social media promotions and giveaways.
- You actively participate in developing social media strategies for our clients: you analyze, generate ideas, and make concrete proposals for improving content and presence.
- You prepare reports and campaign evaluations, draw conclusions from the data, and show what needs to be changed.
- You follow platform changes and relevant trends, helping colleagues and clients understand how to leverage them.
- You work closely with the account and media teams to ensure content and paid campaigns serve shared goals.
