Join an international customer support team and work remotely from anywhere in Greece. You'll assist German-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat, answer their questions, and help resolve issues. You'll receive structured onboarding and training. If you're moving to Greece for the role and qualify for relocation support, the package includes a flight ticket, airport pickup, four weeks of hotel accommodation, and coverage of the real estate agency fee.
Tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries in German by phone, email, and chat.
- Help customers with product and service questions, orders, and account requests.
- Resolve complaints and work with internal teams when an issue needs further support.
- Record customer interactions in the CRM system and follow service and quality standards.

Requirements
- German proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above for training and internal communication.
- Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- Ability to be based in Greece by your start date and work remotely from within Greece.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
