Tasks
- Managing, motivating, and developing a team of 18-20 people
- Operational management of daily store activities
- Supporting sales activities
- Ensuring professional customer service for our partners
- Assisting the store manager
- Preparing evaluations and reports

Requirements
- Minimum secondary technical or commercial education
- Clean criminal record certificate
- Several years of management experience in sales or logistics
- Result- and customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong user-level MS Office skills
- Category B driving license
