AdiumSoft is a Hungarian-owned software development company operating since 2014. Our proprietary ADS Retail Cloud platform and related applications support the shopping experience of hundreds of thousands of people and the operations of large retail companies every day. We are now looking for an experienced software developer to join our team who enjoys working on complex systems and solving technical challenges independently.
Tasks
- Design, development, and maintenance of PHP-based backend services and REST APIs.
- Integration of enterprise systems, establishment of data connections and data processing workflows.
- Management of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, optimization of complex SQL queries.
- Further development of existing frontend applications and implementation of new features using React.
- Debugging, performance optimization, and modernization of existing systems.
- Participation in technical design and preparation of technological decisions.
- Collaboration with the development and operations teams.
- Creation of transparent, maintainable code and technical documentation.

Requirements
- You have strong mid-level or senior-level development experience.
- You program confidently in PHP and have a good grasp of object-oriented programming.
- You are experienced in using JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and Git.
- You are familiar with MySQL, and experience with PostgreSQL is an advantage.
- You are able to oversee complex systems and business processes.
- You solve technical problems independently and in a structured manner.
- Teamwork, knowledge sharing, and professional development are important to you.
- You communicate confidently in Hungarian, both orally and in writing, and have at least basic English language skills.
